This program is for the person who just stared their career to the VP, SVP or Managing Director level. The reason we can have a mixed audience is our facilitators meet you where you are. What enables us to do this is? Lots of coaching about your specific communication style.
More About This Program
What’s the content? We have (4) key modules that make up most of our programs:
Delivery Skills: We focus on everything from how you stand to how you look at someone. The goal is to present with confidence, credibility and presence!
The Message Builder Tool: Our clients love this tool because it helps them structure their messages so they are listener and action focused. We work with you on your opening and closing for any presentation (or message) and help you stay succinct with the rule of 3.
Power Point: As long as Power Point has been around, we find people still default to reading the slide, standing in front of it and don’t use this tool effectively. We have a robust module that will help you look like a pro versus being robotic and sounding scripted.
Handling Objections/Tough Questions: At times, we all find ourselves being challenged with questions from the board, a prospect, a client or our own team. There are certain behavioral skills we can use to address those questions with credibility and impact. We’ll teach you how.
How Long? We do different versions of this content in a 1/2 day, one day or two day format. Program size can be as small as 8 and up to 12 participants. We can also do large group format programs.
